同意

定义
“原告” means a student who alleges to the higher education institution that he or she has been the victim of a violation of the comprehensive policy, 无论投诉最初是否由他或她向高等教育机构提交, 或者是别人.
“被” means a student involved in the complaint resolution procedure who has been accused of violating a higher education institution’s comprehensive policy.
